" SOME FEATURES OF BUREAUCRATIC ADMINISTRTION IN SIND"
This is Pamphlet consisting of 3 parts and 74 pages. The first part contains a full report of the oral evidence of G. M. Bhurgri Member of the Bombay Legislative Council. Second part is a verbatim report of debate in the same Council on scandalous evils of administration in Sindh and Third part is reprint of the memorial submitted by the Sindh Muslim League to E.S. Montagu, Secretary of State.
The Pamphlet is booklet format and was published in 1918 by the Sindh Publishing House, Hyderabad. Jairamdas Doulatram has written its introduction. The Pamphlet was outcome of a desire to place before the public of England an account of bureaucratic administration in Sindh. Such type of political literature made people realized to launch movement for separation of Sindh from Bombay Presidency. It is irony of fate that this movement was brain child of Sindhi Hindu political leaders but stand hijacked by Muslim Upper Class resulting division of hearts & minds on basis of religion. سنڌ کي بمبئي کان الڳ ڪرڻ جو خيال اڳ ۾ انهن غير سنڌي واپارين کي آيو جن کي سرڪاري روين ۾ ڪامورڪي بدبوء آئي. پر ان جو آواز سڀ کان پهريون سيٺ ھرچندراء وشنداس بلند ڪيو.ليڪن مسلم اپر ڪلاس ان مان فائدو ورتو ۽ وڏي تحريڪ هلائي. هن تحريڪ سنڌي هندو ۽ سنڌي مسلمان کي هڪ ٻئي کان پري ڪري ڇڏيو.
هي پمفليٽ جنهن جو مان ٽائيٽل پيج شيئر ڪري رهيو آھيان اهو سنڌ کي بمبئي کان الڳ ڪرڻ واري سياسي ادب مان آڳاٽو مواد آھي. اهو 1918 ۾ حيدرآباد مان شايع ٿيو ۽ ان جو تعارف جئرامداس دولترام لکيو هو. ڪاش هي ناياب سياسي لٽريچر ٻيهر ڇپجي. هي ڪتابڙو گل حيات ۾ موجود آھي. (ممتاز علي پٺاڻ)
