HUR MOVEMENT was a unique uprising of the followers of Pit Pagaras that gave terrible tough time to the British Government of India. It paved way for legislation for long time, very vital Acts were enacted with iron hands. Every Act was followed by making of Rules, as these Rules are key to open the doors for implementation of Acts. Today, I am sharing here-with title of Rules-1933 whereas, prior to this handsome number of Rules were made as per requirements of various Acts on the subject.
Keeping in view the importance of Hur Tahrik in the History of Freedom Movement, my father established "PAGARA CORNER" in Gul Hayat so as the relevant material, data and information can be collected as per research requirements. We have done, what could be done with any cooperation from any side. This Document is included in our collection. It is felt that there is dire need of establishing "Pagara Research Institute" for purpose of collection & documentation of material of Historical importance, Gul Hayat will extend due cooperation in this regard. حر تحريڪ هلائي ت پاڳارن پيرن جي مريدن پر اها هر وجه کان آزادئ جي تحريڪ جو منفرد ۽ مثالي باب آھي. حرن هن تحريڪ ۾ ايڏيون وڏيون جاني ۽ مالي قربانيون ڏنيون جن جو موجوده تاريخ ۾ مثال ن ٿو ملي. پر اها ڳاله سمجهڻ ۾ نٿي اچي ت ٻين ت ڇڏيو پر قربانين ڏيندڙ ۽ شھيد ٿيندڙ حرن جي پوئنرين ب پنهنجي لاجواب تاريخ تي منظم نموني تحقيقي ڪم لاء ڪو غير جانبدار اداري جوڙاڻ ۾ گهربل هٿ ن ونڊايو آھي.
بابا سائين ڊاڪٽر در محمد پٺاڻ ڪنهن گادئ جو ت مريد ڪونهي پر سنڌ ۽ سنڌ جي تاريخ جو مريد ضرور آھي. ان ڪري هن مناسب ڄاتو ت گل حيات ۾ “پاڳارا ڪارنر“ قائم ڪري حر تحريڪ ۽ پاڳارن جي سياسي ڪردار تي غيرجابدارائ سان مواد گڏ ڪجي. هن ڪارنر ۾ ايترو ت اهم مواد گڏ ڪيو ويو آھي جيڪو چڱي ڀلي اداري ۾ ن هوندو. هي ڊاڪيومينٽ ب اتان کڻي ان جو ٽائيٽل شيئر ڪجي ٿو. ڪارنر جو تعارف اسان جي ويب سائيٽ تي موجود آھي.
